PRODUCT DETAILS:
Net
Net is 100% nylon, manufactured in Italy. This ensures consistant quality and colours even across different batches.
Quality - Joins
Net and Elastic may sometimes come with a join due to constraints in the length of product which can be manufactured in a continuous length. We will make every effort to provide you a product in one continuous piece however, if a join must be included, you will be given an additional 1 metre (net) or 0.5 metre (elastic) free of charge to allow wastage if required.
Quality - Faults
Occasionally products are manufactured with faults or defects. Our quality control team are always on the lookout for these issues to ensure you receive fault-free goods. If you receive a product which has a fault, please contact us to discuss. Be on the lookout for specials, as any products which do not meet our quality standards will be listed as seconds at a heavily discounted price.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
What payment types do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments via PayPal. Direct Deposit is also available and the details are provided when you complete the checkout process. Please note that orders are not sent until payment has cleared. If payment is not received within 3 business days and you don't respond to any emails sent, your order will be cancelled.
SHIPPING:
How long does it take for you to send my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1 business day for all items currently in stock. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post, so you can get an estimate of the time it will take for your parcel to arrive from here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/
What is the cost of shipping?
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. We offer shipping via Standard Parcel Post from $12.00 and Express Post from $16.00. Large parcels attract a higher rate of shipping due to the size and weight. If you have any queries about shipping or believe shipping has been incorrectly calculated for your item, please use the "Contact Us" link and we will investigate.
If you are ordering a small amout of elastic, tulle or net, we may be able to send your item as a large letter. Please "Contact Us" for a revised shipping quote. Please note, this will not be sent as a tracked parcel.
Sample cards are shipped free of charge. You can also opt for Express Post at the checkout for an additional charge.
How are my items packaged?
Fabrics are folded neatly to reduce bulk during transit. This does not damage the product in any way. Where possible we choose environmentally sensitive packaging options including ComPOSTable satchels or tough bags, which are recyclable with your general paper waste.
