Shipments and delivery

All orders are sent from Ballarat, postcode 3350.
Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Some items such as sample cards are shipped free of charge. Bulk net orders (per bolt) and may need to be ordered from our supplier so please allow additional time for delivery.
Fabrics are folded neatly to reduce bulk during transit. This does not damage the product in any way. Where possible we choose environmentally sensitive packaging options including tough bags, which are recyclable with your general paper waste or compostable satchels.
